Information for Presenters #

Talks #

• 30 minute slots, intended to be 20 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of Q&A.
• If you want to use handouts, we recommend bringing 75-100 copies.
• For slides, sessions chairs will collect all slides in advance in order to facilitate smoother transitions.
• Keynote talks: one hour slot, intended to be 40-45 minutes of presentation and 15-20 minutes of Q&A.

Posters #

• The poster session will take place in Mary Gates Hall Commons, a large atrium-like room.
• Intended poster size is 36" x 48".
• Posters will be mounted with push pins on boards that are supported by easels; you can do either landscape or portrait orientation.

Proceedings #

The proceedings for WCCFL 43 will be published by [Cascadilla Press](https://www.cascadilla.com/). Invited speakers and presenters for both talks and posters will be invited to submit to the proceedings. Details and timeline will be provided soon.
